In collaboration with The Financial Education Public-Private Partnership (FEPPP), Jump$tart Washington and the Financial Empowerment Network, students (filmmakers) were invited to produce a short film on financial inclusion that focuses on the barriers and solutions to being unbanked in Washington state.
The Financial Empowerment Network serves as the convening agency for Bank On Washington and envisions communities where low- and moderate-income individuals and families can achieve financial well-being.
The CFE Fund’s Bank ON National Account Standards provide local programs with a benchmark for account partnerships with financial institutions, and include both core and recommended features.
