In collaboration with the Financial Education Public-Private Partnership (FEPPP), Jump$tart Washington and the Financial Empowerment Network, students (filmmakers) were invited to produce a short film on financial inclusion that focuses on the barriers and solutions to being unbanked in Washington state.
